I had an incredible experience working with Tiffany and Erin on the purchase of my house and I'm quite confident that we would not have been able to get our dream house without them. There were other offers on the house we wanted but Tiffany and Erin's experience helped us to figure out the right price to offer without overpaying. They were extremely responsive and knowledgeable throughout the process and explained everything along the way. One of them was always available to answer questions or concerns and got back to me promptly on any issues. They're knowledge of the region and of recommended vendors for inspection, repairs etc. were very valuable to me being new to area. Tiffany and Erin were able to negotiate repairs to get done by the seller prior to closing at no expense to me. I would definitely recommend them to anybody buying or selling a home. They were FANTASTIC and true professionals.
