She was always able to provide very timely and precise information regarding the local market and had an extremely good understanding of prices and comps in current market conditions. We were not from the area, and at the time we purchased our condo sales were fast and furious. Tiffany always responded to us almost immediately, and was able to very competently conduct several viewings of properties online, in some cases with very short notice .
