A Realtor for the Long Road
Any realtor can sell a house in perfect conditions: good economy, low interest rates, beautiful home, corner lot, fenced yard, good neighborhood, etc. But it takes a truly exceptional realtor to sell a less desirable property in a tumultuous economy with high interest rates and a declining market. Not only did Tiffany accomplish the latter, but she went beyond that. Her knowledge of the market, combined with years of personal and professional experience enabled her to anticipate obstacles, explain complex niche mechanics, and explore alternative opportunities to maximize our possibility of success. The odds were stacked against us, giving Tiffany even greater opportunity to display her skill and commitment. She was fair and forward when recommending iterative actions to take periodically to drive traffic and interest in the home. She connected well on the human level as well, sympathizing with our stresses and worries while accounting for them in her proposals and plans. She was encouraging, yet realistic. Practical, and also optimistic. She only ever pushed back on our requests when her experience knew better, and she did so respectfully, tactfully, and with the intent to educate and collaborate. This effort and dedication continued for almost an entire year, and didn't end at the closing process. She poured over every document, calculated every dollar, and always acted in our favor, even so far as taking fees and charges upon herself to get us the best deal possible. Realtors like Tiffany rarely come around, so if you get the good fortune to work with her, you'd better save her number for when you need her again. We've now purchased and sold a home with her, and we will likely do so again when the time is right.
