From the first showing to the last (and the many, MANY homes that she patiently showed us in-between) Tiffanie worked what seemed like around-the-clock to set up our showings, schedule them out in a time-effective order, and drive to any home we wanted to look at. Some days, Tiffanie felt more like a personal assistant by bringing things we needed to our new home, calling maintenance companies if we had issues, and just checking in on us. Tiffanie answered every single question we had about every house, and if she didn’t know the answer, she would figure out a way to find out. Also, she always went to bat for us and knows the in’s and outs of negotiating real-estate. We love our house, and we love that our offer was accepted in this crazy market! Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. I have actually never seen Tiffanie! I was referred to her by another realtor, as "amazing". That was an understatement! We were shopping for an investment property in Florida from Illinois in one of the 'hottest' housing markets ever. Tiffany was great at keeping the searches fresh and up to date as our focus changed. She visited the properties in a timely manner, on her own. Sending photos and videos to give us the best chance to make a wise decision. She always kept our goals in focus and redirected us as to not get caught up in the spending frenzy. Not only were we buying an investment from Illinois, we were using an 1031 exchange. She was so knowledgeable about the different financial nuances, and what she didn't know she quickly enlisted help from others. She coordinated our Closing while we were on vacation in another state seamlessly. Tiffanie seems to have all the energy in the world. Never complained. Always available. Tiffanie was a Godsend. Seriously, I don’t know if you can find anyone else more dedicated. She is a great communicator, she’s personable and most of all she knows her stuff. If we found a house last minute that we wanted to look at, she wouldn’t hesitate to set up the showing that second. We never felt rushed when we had to talk through a decision.
