I asked Tiffani Kline to find me a home in Polk County and explained what I wanted. Tiffani and her husband Chris looked at different places and videoed the tours. Tiffani found the home on Clubhouse Road and really believed I would love it. I purchased the home and she turned it into an Airbnb until I can retire and move to Florida. My home is everything that she described it would be. Tiffani even lined me up with financing and people to do maintenance. I am beyond impressed by how she hussled to make everything work!

Tiffani is the best! She’s patient, kind, knowledgeable and down to earth! She made it a fun experience going in and out of showings, instead of stressful. The few times I thought I was never going to find what I like, she reassured me and gave me the will to keep looking until I finally did! She shared info on the towns we were in… everything from the best places to eat, mingle, have a night out, to historical and/or cultural. Every time I had a question, she had an answer, even the ones I should’ve been asking my lender.
