Documents, research and contracts were prepared before we sat down together. 2. While listening to our situation, she recommended listing our house in a manner that got us a contract before we were even on the market!! I mean a few days, and BOOM...DONE! 3. When a situation came up that required extra physical effort, she rolled up her sleeves and did a lot of the work herself...rather than waiting for someone else to come by...and it was not pleasant work, believe me. 4. ...I could go on, but you get the idea I would strongly recommend Tierra to anyone wanting to list their home in Hilton Head. I cannot say enough about how great it was to work with Tierra. I bought a villa on HHI after looking at several houses and villas on several different parts of the island. Tierra was extremely knowledgeable about the pros and cons of different places and honestly had my best interest at heart. There was no pressure from her, just a genuine interest in finding the best place for me. I put in an offer the day before I left to return to my home state, and Tierra took it from there.
