⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience working with my agent to list and rent my property. As someone who is new to the rental property business, I especially appreciated her patience, professionalism, and willingness to guide me through the entire process. From understanding broker fees and the leasing process to reviewing applicants and getting everything finalized, there were many things that were new to me. She took the time to answer my questions, explain things clearly, and never made me feel rushed or as though I should already know how everything worked. She was responsive, knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and helped make my first experience as a landlord much less overwhelming. Most importantly, she helped me successfully secure tenants that I feel very comfortable with. I’m grateful for her patience, guidance, and hard work throughout this process. I learned a lot and feel much more prepared moving forward as a property owner and landlord. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and patient real estate professional. Thank you for helping make my first rental experience a successful one! 🏡💙
