Tiana is a one of a kind Real Estate agent. First thing she did was try to get to know me and understand my preferences and the reasons some features were a must. Once we started working together, she did Everything for me. From finding the lending broker, insurance company, inspector, etc. As a tax accountant her expertise and care was invaluable. She was are second realtor. She got s--t done! We had a new roof put on during xmas and new years, and worked around it to list in the 2nd week of January. Brilliant! We had 6 showings a week. No offers,she guided us out of the quagmire and into serious offers. She returned are calls, and calmed are fear. There were only 850 homes sold in are area. The year before 1600.
