Tia was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the process. She checked in with us the entire time to ensure we were comfortable with the negotiations and how the process was moving along. She was prompt and proved time and time again to be in til of her game. She even had a ton of suggestions for local repair people, attorneys, mortgage lenders, inspectors, etc. she was pleasant and positive during the entire experience which is what you need when going through a big purchase such as a house. She was top notch and I would rate her A++.
