Great at handling tough situations

Tia is a very caring agent, and she has the right temperament for the job. She knows how to hold out for her clients’ best interests, and her years of experience and specialized training came in very handy when our home didn’t appraise for the full-price offered amount. She had confidence in the price she had helped us to set, assured us that the appraiser was in the wrong, and encouraged us to hold our ground on the price. Long story short, we are very satisfied with our final sale price, and Tia was wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend her.
