We used the service of Thu Le for selling our primary residence in San Jose. Being a first time home seller, I was not sure on how to choose the best realtor. One of my friend recommended her service and I scheduled a meeting with her. I still remember the day when i first met her :). She was on time for our first meeting and quickly toured the home. She was not over selling herself and gave a number for which she could sell the home. And the meeting lasted for only 20 minute. By the time she left the house, I decided to have her as our realtor and Glad that we had her as our realtor. The house was actually on the market for 3 days (only 3 days) and we closed the house in 28 days. Pros: -) Always gives realistic estimation and not over sell. -) Very prompt at responding. We created a group chat with me, my wife and Thu. And whenever you send a message, she would respond back immediately. -) Has good contacts with the contractors. She recommended her contractor for doing upgrades to our home. The contractor was very reasonable. Cons: -) hmmm.. honestly nothing i could think of :) One kind advice to those thinking of having her as realtor, just believe her and do what she says and you would not regret.
