My wife and I were first time home buyers when we came in contact with Thorn. Easy to say we did not know much about the process, areas, market, or best practices. Thorn truly took both of us under his wing and helped us through each step of the process. In maybe the toughest market of all time he was able to get us a gorgeous home in one of the most competitive areas of Colorado. Thorn worked early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays to get us our home. He was very easy to speak with, get in contact with, and helpful with all questions. Thorn was always thinking of different strategies we could use and looking for the best tactic on each house we showed interest in. I would recommend him to anyone trying to buy a home, I don’t believe my wife and I would have a home in this market without he help and expertise of Thorn. He was very honest with us as well and while doing viewings he would point out positives and negatives of a home. This showed us he cared about finding us a home that would make us happy. On multiple occasions Thorn was able to meet us on a quick notice to view a home. Sometimes midday we would call him and ask to view a home ASAP and within the hour we would be in the car going to meet him. Thorn cares about his clients very much and it shows! We can’t think him enough and definitely recommend working with him.
