I contacted Thong when I was interested in purchasing a property in Irvine. I’m not going to let the stress behind homebuying affect my review, because at the end of the day, Thong did an amazing job! He was always available to show me all the listings I was interested in as well as recommend me a few properties. He has a lot of professional knowledge of the Orange County/LA Area (I think he grew up in the OC too). Like with any first time experience, you’ll have A LOT of questions. Thong was able to answer all my questions promptly and thoroughly and never gives you the runaround. I initially started looking in August of 2017 and finally found a place I loved and closed in February of 2018. Thong was very patient throughout the whole process and kept my needs and preferences in mind. He was not pushy and supported all the decisions I made. Thong also has a wide network of service providers he works with and can recommend services related to real estate to help you. I’m glad my first (hopefully not last) home buying experience was with Thong and I can’t wait to but my next property with him. If you’re ready to buy, Thong is definitely your Realtor!

Thong was our go to guy. We relied on him for being our eyes and ears to look for our perfect home. He found us a very low interest loan. He even found a wonderful gardener, and kept us updated with the work being done on the house since we are not in the area. He was very accommodating and had great communication skills.
