I met Tom through a direct mail solicitation. note was sincere enough to make me call him. We weren't even sure we wanted to sell. We extended him the courtesy of a walkthrough at 2:20 on Sunday Sept 5th with his buyer. Two hours later we had an offer. Came to an agreement 3 days later. We did it as a FSBO, Tom couldn't have been more accommodating. We were 1000 miles away as it was an investment property for us. Tom was there every step of the way. Even lent us a lockbox to manage the keys. We had a busy schedule and not having to make multiple trips back to the Condo was a real plus for us. I was amazed at the professionalism and attention to detail. We closed in 41 days. To say he earned his commission would be a gross understatement. A level of exemplary customer service and courteousness you just don't find anymore. A very genuine nice person. I'll say it again, on a scale of 1-10, he gets a 12.
