After only living in our home for two years and unexpectedly having to move abroad, Thom was there every step of the way in helping our house getting listed and sold. Prior to listing, he helped us weigh the pros and cons of renting out our house vs. selling it in the current market with no pressure on either. We felt well informed and comfortable in our decision to sell. We still had quite a few house projects that needed to be completed before listing. He helped us prioritize which house projects needed to be done and which ones weren’t necessary. All of his referrals for the projects we needed to complete were very professional, well priced, fast and exceptional. The pictures that were taken of our house for our listing were beautifully done. Thom was crucial in negotiations while we were under contract with the buyers. We always felt comfortable asking him any questions and were completely taken care of from start to finish. We cannot recommend him enough.
