We have now bought and sold properties with Thomas. He takes time to understand the our requirements and offers clear and detailed advice, while always acting in our best interests. When selling our rental property recently, Thomas managed all the logistics - repairs, painting, planting, staging etc. he went above and beyond in watering the new shrubs to keep everything looking great until we had a buyer, and kept us calm as the market shifted around us.

Thomas was highly recommended to me by a dear friend and is wonderful to work with - he has a firm grasp on the market and is very knowledgeable in the various aspects of home buying. He made sure I too understood the market and what to expect during each step of the buying process. I began working with him a couple of months before I planned to begin looking at homes in earnest and his guidance helped me narrow down neighborhoods, features I wanted/didn’t want, and of course, my budget. He is also very well informed on construction and issues/potential issues to look for, and made sure to remind me often that I should not buy an overall not great house just because I thought the kitchen was cute :) He’s also very responsive, which any busy person will greatly appreciate. Once I was under contract, his team worked efficiently to get to closing on time and now I’m happily in my new home!
