The housing market finally improved enough to think about selling my condominium, without taking a loss. Within the hour, Tommy had put together some comparisons with other properties in my area and advised me of the various options available for selling my condo. He asked me to consider the options and to call him if I had any questions. I had many questions, so I made many calls to Tommy before proceeding. Tommy always had the answers. When I decided to proceed with selling my condo, with Tommy as my agent, he walked me through the complicated paperwork that needed to be completed, and after a walk-through of my condo, he recommended some minor repairs and some touch-up work that would improve my chances for a quick sale. Tommy is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He gave me advice, recommendations, and even his opinion, whenever I asked for help during the process of selling my condo, but always left the decisions up to me. Buying or selling a home is not something I want to do with any regularity, but if I decide to buy or sell a home in the future, I hope Tommy will be there to help me!
