It is truly refreshing to find a realtor that is as excited about viewing homes as much as we were. He always arrived ahead of time and came prepared with the pertinent information we needed to know. Being that this was our first home, Thomas asked the questions we would not have known to ask (i.e energy efficient windows, age of water heater and easily repairable issues). Thomas has had a lot of experience renovating his own properties, so he knew what it would cost to D-I-Y or hire a company for home improvement projects. Whenever we had a question or concern Thomas responded immediately. Thomas' attention to detail, knowledge base and quick responsiveness made the home-buying experience easier then expected.
