This is the 3rd real estate transaction I have done with Tom. I first met Tom through a personal referral, which led to him helping me through two house sales and one house purchase. For each transaction he has provided solid advice for pricing and negotiations. He has been remarkably patient & tireless to help me look for a house to buy and has made the two sales simple & quick. Through effective marketing, educated advising, focus on my needs, and excellent communication each property was under contract within days of going on the market. I will gladly work with Tom the next time I need the services of a real estate agent!
