I have bought and sold a lot of properties over the years and Thomas Towns was the best realtor I have ever worked with. He went way above and beyond the normal realtor duties to assist with the sale of my property and took care of some very challenging problems (fixing the hot water heater, remodeling assistance, moving unwanted furniture, etc.). I am an out of state owner, so without his assistance I would have had to make several trips to Florida. He is THE best realtor in Clearwater, FL!

We have worked with Thomas for 11 years. He is amazing and takes the time to get to know you in order to match you with your property. He is very educated and answers any questions in detail you may ever have in the process. We used him for both buying and selling of our condo. I would recommend Thomas to anyone looking for an experienced agent! Hands down the best real estate agent we have ever had the pleasure to work with!

Thomas was going above and beyond, and helped tremendously along the process for selling my property. Very professional and easy to work with.

We have worked with multiple realtors in the past and Thomas was definitely the best! He made sure he stayed involved in every aspect of the buying process. He was in communication with everyone to make sure it went as smoothly as possible. I HIGHLY recommend working with Thomas!!

My wife and myself had been looking at houses for about a year while working with Thomas. He would be very diligent in sending us updates on newly listed homes in the areas we had been looking. We did find a perfect house and wanted to put an offer in on it. Thomas went above and beyond in getting our offer in while he was on his vacation. He was very knowledgeable on what we would expect and any seller disclosures that may have come up. We will definitely be working with Thomas again in the future on our next home purchase, definitely a great realtor to have on your side!

We moved from a different state and Thomas was recommended by a few contacts I trusted immensely. He was extraordinarily professional, and worked tirelessly to help us find the right area, including beint willing to drive all over town. Thomas has extensive knowledge of the the market, and was attentive to our wants and needs. His communication was excellent and timely. I never had to worry if the realtor would be reach back out to me. I highly recommend Thomas, as he is a great realtor and an even more fantastic person.

Thomas Towns exceeded my expectations. I live out of state and I needed to get a property sold quickly. Thomas was available to me night and day. He even told me it was okay to call him at one o’clock in the morning his time to discuss an offer made on the property. Thomas held open house events, negotiated a fair price and the property was sold within two months. The closing was streamlined and the proceeds from the sale of the property were wired into my bank account. I highly recommend him.

Thomas did a wonderful job and met all my expectations. He was caring and attentive and considered all my needs and wants. He kept in constant communication and made sure the process was smooth. I would highly recommend Thomas!!
