We put our property on the market, had a few offers, then de-listed it for personal reasons of timing, but Thomas never stopped watching out for our interests. Even while off market, he found us an offer that was extremely solid, negotiated a fair price higher than we expected, diligently overcame every setback in the closing process (such as when the appraiser made an erroneous report that could have interrupted the deal), and catered to our convenience every step of the way. We ended up with a better deal when we weren't even looking for one! We consulted with very well known local realtors before Thomas, and they had much lower expectations for our sale than what Thomas actually achieved. He saw the most optimistic potential from the start and promptly achieved it. The brochure he created to present our home was gorgeous. His attention to detail in helping us prepare to show the property was meticulous. He advertised our home not only in the usual publications, but in lesser known periodicals, websites and in all social media, creating an immediate wave of interest. His skill at negotiaton is outstanding. He wouldn't take any offer that was less than optimum and was able to make potential buyers accept our position through extremely detailed research and artful persuasion. We signed with him originally because, out of several realtors we reached out to when we were really ready to list, he was the first to respond. We are so lucky he did! He consulted with us in detail, laid out several strategies, adopted the one we chose, and made it happen. Thomas is a cut above!
