The best realtor I've ever worked with!
My home had an underground oil tank that had to be removed. The tank was removed only to find out it was leaking. We moved forward and scheduled the contractors to remediate the leaking tank issue prior to settlement. I listed the home with Tom Sherwood and it was sold in just a few hours. The weeks that unfolded with the oil tank became a true nightmare, but Tom was with me the entire time working endlessly with the buyers to keep an open line of communication through delayed settlement dates and what seemed to be no answer on when the soil remediation would ever be complete.
