Tom is the complete realtor. His analysis of homes for sale and their prices were highly detailed. He listened to me and explained what I didn't know or understand. Tom identified what needed to be done to maximize my homes potential and obtain the best market price. He also recommended contractors who were reasonably priced. Additionally, Tom did a lot of work himself and assisted the contractors in order to keep my costs down. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and helpful. He made a stressful time easier for me to tolerate. It's a pleasure knowing him and adding him to my friend's list. Five stars seem inadequate as a rating for him.
