Tom Ryglinski has over 20 years of experience as a professional real estate agent in San Francisco. Tom focuses on marketing and selling residential and investment grade properties in San Francisco, the North Bay area and select locations throughout the United States including 2-4 and 5+ units as well as mixed-use and development projects.
In addition to his transactional experience in the bay area, practical experience in sales, marketing, and financial analysis as well as an MBA from Berkeley's Haas School of Business provide an ideal knowledge base for Tom to draw upon.
Above all else Tom attributes his success to being an active listener and trusted advisor carefully guiding his clients through all the aspects of their real estate transactions.
Tom has purchased, renovated, and sold properties on his own account. He is an active owner and investor. Tom is a member of the Berkeley Real Estate Alumni (BREA), the Berkeley Angel Network and has served as an instructor at Keller Williams teaching new agents how to value properties. In 2006 Tom was selected as 1 of 50 individuals to participate in Leadership San Francisco (LSF), a 10-month program that cultivates future leaders in the city of San Francisco. In subsequent years Tom has been invited back to LSF as a mentor / real estate advisor.
In the fall of 2009 Tom was invited to join the Alain Pinel Investment Group, a team of proven professionals that are dedicated to a higher level of professionalism and ethical standards. In 2019 Alain Pinel was acquired by Compass. Most recently Tom was recruited by and has joined Luxe Places International Realty.
