We succeeded in buying the first house we made an offer on, despite there being two other offers at the exact same price. We sold our home in March of 2021. We were still in the midst of heavy restrictions of COVID and Thomas was our agent whom we would highly recommend to everyone! Thomas has impeccable skills and knowledge about the industry. He knew our area in West Chino and was able to convince us to list our home at a price higher than we thought ever imaginable. His photos and video for MLS provided everyone with an awe inspiring look at our property and his guidance proved to be invaluable as things arose. All COVID protocols were followed which were tough as showings were only done by appointment with the buyers agent accompanying the interested party. We had 3 days full of people prequalified to purchase our home and over 35 offers most all way above asking price. His phone was constant with phone calls and emails from other agents. In 2 days we were amazed at how professional his presentation was to us with the offers all categorized not only by amount offered, but also by contingency, down payments etc., We were so filled with emotions as we prepared to make a decision but Thomas was calm and understanding and never let his personal life interfere. He monitored the incoming offers, and reported to us all weekend on how things were going. All this on the same weekend he was at his wife's side as she delivered their second son.
