Excellent Real Estate Agent

Tom functioned as both our seller and buyer's agent when we sold our house and bought a new one in a different town. He is knowledgeable, reliable, and very responsive. Tom promptly answered our emails, texts, phone calls and never made us feel that we were bothering him with any of our questions. He is very patient. On the selling side Tom guided us through the entire process which he made stress free and we were very happy with the price we received for our house. On the buying side; Tom listened to our wants and needs, accompanied us to see multiple homes in different towns that we were interested in until we found the home that was right for us. Just like on the selling side Tom guided us through the buying process - again stress free. We never felt rushed to make a decision. We highly recommend Tom without reservation - he is an excellent real estate agent.
