Getting over how tall he is, is about the hardest thing when working with Thomas. The first couple houses we saw seemed to be throw away houses so both he and myself, could figure out what I actually wanted. The effort he puts in to keep me motivated in a market like this is exactly what I needed. Then last minute, he finds the house that was under my radar with his seemingly unique approach to house hunting. But it doesn't end with that. When working with an entity he wasn't familiar with he will seek out knowledge in aspects of the sale that he feels needs attention rather than jumping in unaware. Helping guide me through the transaction was a must because I was a little overwhelmed at times. He has even reached into his contact list to bring in colleagues and industry friends for more support to me.
