This was a first time for me, selling a home I mean. Being that my 1st home buying experience wasn’t that great I was very skeptical and nervous about picking an agent, I felt like a 5yr old on their first day of school. To put it short and sweet Thomas was Amazing!!!! There were a few obstacles along the way, but the knowledge, professionalism, and communication that Thomas provided was outstanding. Thomas Nicholas was my agent for selling 360 N Church Road in Sparta. From the onset in meeting with Tom, I knew I would be in great hands. Prior to even having the contract Tom had the time to do research on the septic and shared valuable information with me for listing the property. This was my sister's home which I listed, it took a few weeks to go into contract as I had issues to resolve first. Tom was patient and worked with me accordingly. I live in Toms River and I had a good 2 hour plus drive to get to Sparta so Tom handled a lot of appointments for me. Without his help and support I would not have been able to sell this home so quickly. He did a fantastic job and I would recommend him to everyone.
