Outstanding service from beginning to end. Mr.Thomas was on point with everything and never missed a beat. He is very knowledgeable, patient, fun, professional, efficient person who got all paperwork and appointments scheduled in a timely matter. He was willing to answer all questions that I or my family had and made sure we understood everything before our departure. Communication was 100%. I was never in the state of not knowing as he reached out to me on a consecutive basis. Overall service surpasses 100%.
