We are very grateful to have had Bunky as our agent. Also, this is our fifth transaction with Bosshardt Realty, beginning in the early 90s when Carol Bosshardt helped us buy and sell a home, then in 2002/03 when Anne Koterba helped us buy and sell a home, and now with Bunky. Bunky worked very hard in an unfortunate market situation to get our house sold, to keep us informed throughout, and to make sure at closing that we had all our ducks in a row. We also appreciate the courtesy of everyone in Bosshardt Title to make the closing go smoothly.
