Tom gave me accurate information about the value of my property, I had been lead to believe it was worth a lot more, but I could see that he knew what he was talking about, and lowered my expectations. We got the exact amount he told me it was worth. He guided me through each step, without drama. He handled each twist wisely. He gave me sound advice so that the entire process was smooth and not overwhelming.

Mr Malenski is an excellent realtor I have ever seen and he gave a good advice and very honest. I should rate him as an excellent plus, but unfortunately there isn’t that option!
