The house had been listed for 6 months with very little activity, We decided we needed to take a different more positive approach and asked for referrals. Tom's name was given to us and the rest is history. Tom was able to guide us in the right direction and within 4 days we received an offer. We just closed last week! Tom not only gave us very sound advice, he was with us every step of the way and then some! He was very patient with us, took time to explain and answer our many questions and gave us exactly what we needed as first time sellers. Tom always took the initiative to see us through to closing.
