Tom was amazing! He helped my adult children navigate the process recently when they purchased their first home. It was no easy feat as he had to consider the wish list of multiple buyers who were siblings, not a couple, and manage group showings at times since friends and parents wanted to see the potential houses as well as offer their two cents on the process. Plus, the market was pretty tricky having to balance price, interest rates, and difficult housing stock (having to choose between fixer uppers or flips).
