Tom was the best realtor!!! We found out we needed to move for my husband's job and had to very quickly get our house in shape to sell. Not only did he do an amazing job of selling the house (which I'll get to in a minute) but he offered us advice and assistance throughout the pre-selling phase. He has an amazingly wonderful personal touch to what he does. He cares about his clients and it shows! Now to the really good part: he sold our house in less than 5 days! He was honest, reliable and above and beyond our expectations. Everything he said he would do, he did... and then some! When we bought our house in FL where we moved, the difference in our buying process was different and we missed him terribly. You can not go wrong with Tom as your realtor. He will get the job done and you might make a new friend (like we did)!
