Thomas was all around amazing. Met with him after speaking with a few realtors. He was able to get our house under contract within a few days at a number we were very happy with. We had issues that kept delaying the closing which caused the buyer to jump the gun and start doing work on the home. When I discovered this I spoke with Tom, he acted immediately (on a weekend) and resolved the issue which got us more money in our pockets for the inconvenience. It was an all around great experience with the Tom and the entire Homan group. Thanks again!

November 4, 2023 Thomas Homan Jr was so very helpful as our real estate agent. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying or selling, but personally to me as being “emotionally” invested as well in selling property having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. If I texted him a question or an update he would often respond in 2 minutes or less, and I would like to add this process was very lengthy and extremely time consuming as I had a unique situation and Mr. Homan never lost his patience or become less professional.
