I give Thomas Henning my highest recommendation. From the moment I decided to sell my home, he took over the heavy lifting. My home sold within a month of listing (and by "sold" I mean closed and cashing the check). I was able to sell my home from the other side of the country because I was comfortable in trusting Thomas to take care of the business end. His insight on the housing market was spot on. My home sold for much more than I thought it would because he knew the local market better than most. He also is well respected and has great relationships with the real estate community in the area.
