I reached out to Thomas via Zillow to see a particular house I was interested in buying. Immediately he called me and was able to set up a time to tour the house the following day. I immediately fell in love with property and wanted to put an offer in. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Thomas and his ability to create a rapport with the seller I’m not sure my offer would have been accepted. Thomas made the entire process so easy, while advocating for me along the way. I was familiar with the buying process from having purchased a house in the past, but Thomas made that experience simple. He made sure I was in the loop daily and helped guide me along the way. He is an excellent real estate agent! 10/10 would recommend to my family and friends!
Thomas is great agent and worked very hard for me in the purchase of my new home. He always made sure I understood the process, made sure I wasn't ever going to lose my money and fought to get the house I wanted most. Thomas was literally a godsend. We bought our first investment property almost 3 hours away from home and Thomas helped us all along the way. When things got tough, he was always there to keep us positive and focused on the goals we told him we wanted to accomplish. After a stressful rehab, we were finally ready to hit the market. Thomas got us almost 15k over asking for our place. He knew the area well and priced our property perfectly. While we going through the closing process we had a few hiccups and Thomas stood tall and got what was right for us. He is all about making sure his clients are happy and it shows!
