Tom will be a great agent for anyone looking for a house , condo or any real estate. He will be patient and listen to what you have to say.

Since I was living in Texas at the time, working with Thomas Gunning made purchasing a new home back in Connecticut a reality. Tom's advice in using an incremental beat of $1000 over the highest bid of competing buyers enabled me to get the condo I desired. Working with Tom was always a pleasure.

We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help us buy our first home! He made the entire process feel so much easier and less stressful, guiding us through every step and making sure we felt confident in our decisions. His knowledge, patience, and dedication truly made a difference, and we always knew he had our best interests at heart. Having someone we trust so much help us find our first home made the experience even more special. We are so grateful for all of his hard work and couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
