When moving from Arizona to Michigan we found Tom and he exceeded any expectation we could of had of him as a realtor. Tom was always sending us updates and any house we found he gladly went to and did a walk through with us on Facetime so we could see the house. He pointed out things that we could not see in the photos or by video which saved us from buying the wrong property based on looks alone. Tom is very knowledgeable of the market, the area we were looking to move to and the safety for us and our dogs. When we were looking to buy a house never did I think we would buy it sight unseen but with Tom going to the property and spending time with us on Facetime and also answering all our questions we put in an offer sight unseen and we got the home. Upon our final walk through (the first time we seen the house in person) the home did not disappoint and I have to thank Tom for that with his knowledge in not only the real estate market but also for key things to look for when buying an older remodeled home. Tom spent time up front to get to know us and what we were looking for and again exceeded our expectations.
