He helped recommend contractors that we needed in order to the get the house in selling condition, which we used. This got the job done faster and within a month, the house was on the market. Tom kept us apprised of the situation week by week, based on the number of visits we had coming in. We finally closed a couple of weeks ago and the closing went without a hitch, which was a big stress reliever for me. I feel Tom was an asset to getting this process completed and greatly appreciate his talents in achieving this goal. I would highly recommend Tom for any house sale to my friends.
