Tom helped my fiancé and I buy our first house. He created a couple separate days worth of house tours for us to help narrow down what kind of house we wanted (new build vs more established), what features were most important to us, and where our ideal location was. Once we found the home we loved, the selling agent was super difficult to work with, yet Tom handled it professionally and with ease. He was able to negotiate us a new roof prior to closing which was huge. We can’t thank him enough for all his time and effort!

Thomas was amazing to work with! He is incredibly patient and so knowledgeable. We weren’t exactly sure where or when we’d be ready to purchase a home in FL, but he never gave up on us. He helped us find the perfect place at exactly the right time, and drove all over FL to do it. We’re from Chicago so he did many video walk throughs so we could see exactly what we were getting ourselves into. I cannot say enough good things about Thomas. Thomas was very responsive, always there for us at any time whenever we had questions, he made the purchasing process very smooth despite some last minute legal issues on the seller's side.
Thomas was incredible! He listed our home in Sarasota in early March 2024 and it was under contract for full asking price within one week. When the deal unfortunately went south later due to the buyer defaulting, he had it under contract again with a different buyer within 48 hours. He also helped us find our new home and negotiated to get an even better deal than we expected. Then, when the deal on our Sarasota house fell through and we were at risk of losing the house we wanted to purchase because of the delay, he was able to negotiate the extension of our contract at no extra cost to us. Both closings went on without a hitch, and we love our new home. Thomas also has a strong understanding of home repairs and knew the rough costs of most of the work we wanted to get done on our new home. He also had the contacts we needed with a moving company, carpenter, handyman and inspectors that was so helpful. I definitely recommend working with Thomas!
