Thomas was a great guy. He knows the homes and property values in the area. He would answer questions and direct us on what needed done to make home appealing to clients. When inspection was done he helped with finding licensed contractor to do the work.

Our family really appreciated all that Tom did to help us sell our Uncle's house. The house is in Florida & we are in Ohio, this puts us at a disadvantage straight off. Even with the thousand miles between, we felt very comfortable with Tom; we felt and then learned that we could count on him to get us thru this sale. And he did.
