Thomas helped my daughter and her husband's family purchase homes. He was highly recommended. He made the purchase of our condo possible. I was only in town for a short time and he made immediate time to show me properties. He was very knowledgeable of the area as well as purchasing a condo. He went above and beyond assisting with most of the process while I was no longer in town. He was always easy to reach and always had the answers I needed. I'm so thankful for him.

I can't say enough good things about Tom Custer. This was my mom's house; she passed away and I needed to have some work done on it to prepare it for sale but live 1,000 miles away. Tom cheerfully took on the job of coordinating with the contractors on top of preparing the property to sell and helping me navigate the numerous logistics from afar. He priced it just right and we were able to sell it quickly and for a fair price. Even after the house sold and he collected his commission, he continued to help, cancelling utilities and even putting a new battery in the family boat so we could move it. This guy is a pro; I'd highly recommend him.

From a male's perspective, Tom is a joy to be around and having him in your corner feels like nothing will be hard. He breaks down the complicated and mundane things until you get a good understanding of it. He's patient and understanding and will cater to your wants and needs as much as possible. He showed us around Jacksonville for our first time house hunting there and even though we put him through the wringer, he held on all the way until the end like a champ. He perfectly balanced showing us what we wanted and where he thought we should go. If we had taken Tom's advice at the start, we would have been done with house hunting after the first day, however we were hard headed and made him bring us literally everywhere in Jacksonville for 3 days - he had zero complaints throughout. We ended up with the right choice for us and it was all thanks to Tom. He's a realtor in it for the long haul. For example, we were stuck in Texas and he would periodically go to the Jacksonville location to take pictures of the progress of our townhouse being built and would assist us with any of our house/document related needs. We will 100% be using Tom again to sell our townhouse when we are done with this adventure.
