Tom exceeded all expectations expected of him and all obstacles presented to him with the selling of my Fremont home. After getting notice from my tenet that they would be moving out in 3 months, I was referred to Tom, by my property manager, and within a day Tom was at my home to review my situation/expectations. Living two hours away from the home, I needed someone that would deal with working around the schedule of the tenets to fix, clean up, list and have an open house before the peek summer season ended, so I didn't have to incur too many costs between the move out and could expect a competitive price for the home. Needless to say, I never had to drive down to the home during the whole process and Tom was able to 1. complete all work needed at a cost that I still don't know how he keep so low, 2. hold an Open house that produced an offer greater than our listing & expectations, and 3. closed less than a month after the tenet moved out of the house. I can't recommend Tom enough. I have another rental, in the Bay Area, and I know I will not go with anyone else but Tom to sell that home, when/if that time comes.
