Tom went above and beyond to get us our dream home. He was able to get us a better interest rate and closing cost. He has excellent contacts for home inspection, Nick, which helps us out on the purchase price of the home. He was there every step of the way making sure all the little hiccups were handled and closing happened on time and without much fuss. After living at my previous residence for 35 years I became a first time home seller & was, to say the least, intimidated by the mere thought of the process. In addition to Mr. Clusiau’s qualifications, his calming, and professional demeanor (one might say hand holding) quelled any fears I might be experiencing throughout the process. When the home readily sold for asking price after very few viewings, I was quite relieved only to have that first sale fall through due to the buyer losing their employment. Not to worry; Tom with his contacts readily had another buyer in the wings and the sale has been finalized. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Clusiau to any home buyer or seller especially if they’re a first timer as I was.
Tom was awesome to work with! This was our first home purchase and we both felt like Tom helped make it the easiest process ever. We always hear about the pain and stress that you get when buying a home; weather it's your first one or your last one. During our process we felt like the was none! Waiting for response from our offer was a bit stressful but not in a bad way and not because of Tom. There was no question that was to little or to big that Tom didn't answer or make us feel silly for doing so. Tom is so patient, professional, kind and has so much knowledge about the area, the houses issues or possible issues. He is a very good listener to what you are looking for in a forever home. He has a great network of people he can recommend for inspections, landscaping and renovations. He is pressure free and does not push you into anything you don't want.
