Had a lot of work to do on the home to get ready for the sale and he really coordinated so much of it. Dialogue when discussing what was needed to be done and what was optional was a collaboration and he respected my opinions. I’m glad he was my agent.
Charles did any excellent job in helping me get my property in the best position possible for a sale. Being an older property with a limited market, it required some maintenance work to bring it up to current home insurance standards. Charles was knowable of these requirements and very helpful in accomplishing the required additional work at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner in order to keep the sale on target. Charles was also knowledgeable of what was required to be completed and what was unnecessary. This additional work by Charles was well beyond what I expected from an agent. Without Charles' guidance and hands-on work I don't believe I could have settled when I did and I would still be looking to complete a transaction, probably a lower sale price. Also Charles provided guidance in assessing offers and providing information to me in order to make good decisions but never pushing me toward an uncomfortable decision. He was always on my side but left final decisions to me. I think anyone would benefit from having Charles Thomas as their agent
