Above expectations
There was never a question that went unanswered. The experience and knowledge that Tom possesses is unmatched in the industry. Cautious and thorough describes every step of the process. I know Tom was in the game with me every step of the way. Tom, and his wife, Patty went above and beyond in helping me achieve all that was needed. Down to calls just to see how I was handling the waiting times. Highly recommend and thank both of them.
