We have had multiple opportunities to work with Tom. We were looking for an investment property, then another. Tom listens to his clients and honestly and enthusiastically does the work. We have bought 2 Investment properties and sold 3 homes with Tim. The most recent our primary residence. We were planning to list our home in November but health issues stalled out the listing. Tom stayed with us and even helped out by bringing equipment to use for after my surgery. Tom goes out of his way for his clients and is more like a friend than just an agent. When we were packing and couldn’t get to dinner. Tom jumped in to bring my husbands favorite Big Macs a couple of times. When we needed muscle to pack the pods Tom jumped right in. We got an offer on our house from the first open house 2 weeks before Christmas. We did not think we would have any lookers but Tom persevered.
