With selling my house they made it less stressful for me because I could call them anytime I didnt understand something. They always had an answer for me or if they didn't know they would find out and get right back to me. They were on time for whatever we had to do. I would see a house that just came on the market and want to see it ASAP , they never let me down. When I found a house I wanted they helped with everything. Even having to deal with the seller who weren't easy to deal with. I had to call them for an emergency and they dropped everything and came running to get the situation handled with very low stress for me.
