Tom was a great advocate and guide during my first homebuying experience, especially during COVID-19. He was always respectful and professional. He responded incredibly quickly to me in all formats (email, text, phone). He attended all house showings with me wearing a mask as recommended by the CDC, and offered insights to the houses that I never would have considered myself. Looking at houses can be overwhelming, and Tom was a grounding presence who offered realism and structure. When it was time to start putting down offers, Tom let me take the lead with what I was comfortable with, but also gave advice when I needed it to be a more successful buyer. I believe that Tom advocated for my best interests during the entire process from the initial meeting to closing day, and I am grateful to have worked with him.
